Moby

ADVOCATE

We’re excited to welcome Moby twice to Jazz Open this summer! The music pioneer, known for international hits like Go and Natural Blues, will perform on July 12, 2026, at the Jazz Open in Stuttgart and on July 14, 2026, at the Jazz Open in Modena.

On February 20, 2026, Moby released his new studio album Future Quiet, blending his signature atmospheric electronics with introspective ambient sounds.

His shows at our festivals are part of an extensive summer European tour, performing on some of the continent’s most renowned festival stages.

In Modena, in particular, Moby will play his only Italian show as part of the Jazz Open – an absolute highlight for fans of the genre and beyond.

Don’t miss the chance to experience an unforgettable summer 2026 with one of the most influential artists in electronic music!

ART SCHOOL GIRLFRIEND

BETWEEN ECSTASY AND CALM

Polly Mackey, originally from Wrexham in North Wales and now based in East London, has been releasing music as Art School Girlfriend since 2017. The producer and multi-instrumentalist blends organic instrumental textures with atmospheric electronics and has released two critically acclaimed albums: Is It Light Where You Are (2021), a sonically expansive reflection on a long-term breakup, and Soft Landing (2023), an intimate and experimental record about finding contentment. After touring and building her own studio, she is now working there on her third album, which is scheduled for release in autumn 2024.

PIAZZA ROMA

The heart of the festival

The expansive Piazza Roma provides the backdrop for the impressive Military Academy, the former Palazzo Ducale. During the days of the duchy, major political decisions were made here, and official celebrations and performances were held to properly welcome kings and popes. Today, the piazza forms the heart of the Jazz Open, hosting performances by world-class stars.
