The Stuttgart music festival Jazz Open, one of the top three Jazz & Beyond festivals in Europe, is coming to Italy. The host city will be Modena, a metropolis of 200,000 residents in the Emilia-Romagna region. The premiere will take place next year from 13 to 18 July 2026, directly after the Stuttgart edition.
In Modena, as in Stuttgart, it is a pure city festival, with the main stage located on Piazza Roma right in the heart of the historic old town. Additional free Open Stages concerts take place in the city park Giardino Ducale Estense.
